The gathering and understanding of available documents is a priority.
Homeowners who are considered a Ticking Time Bomb vs. Fraudclosure still need to do the same thing, for example:
a “Ticking Time Bomb” is... A homeowner who is severely upside down (a homeowner who owes far more on their mortgage than the home is worth) and still current with their mortgage is considered to be a “Ticking Time Bomb”. This type of homeowner exists by the millions and most are learning that life’s events will eventually pull them into a crisis of financial ruin unless they do something now. Unfortunately some will choose to do a Strategic Default and just walk away, perhaps one of the worst choices anyone could make.
Versus
a “Fraudclosure” is... A homeowner who is facing a Notice of Trustee Sale or Sheriff’s Sale and is in imminent danger of losing their home is considered to be involved in a potential “Fraudclosure” and often does not know who, what, where, when, why or how any of this is happening. read...
